On the weekend of July 21 to July 22, the Vietnamese Cultural Heritage Association in Greater Vancouver was delighted to welcome Senator Ngo to the 11th Surrey Fusion Festival, which took place in Holland Park. Demonstration on Parliament Hill against Vietnam’s human rights violations

On July 7, 2018, the Vietnamese Canadian Federation (VCF), in collaboration with other Vietnamese Canadian groups, organized and held a demonstration on Parliament Hill to protest the recent human right violations in Vietnam. Demonstrations were also held at the Chinese Embassy and Vietnamese Embassy in Ottawa later that afternoon. There were an estimated 500 participating community members from Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal.
