CMC Asian Heritage Month

On May 6, Senator Ngo was invited as a special guest to attend the Canadian Multicultural Council’s annual Asian Heritage Month Gala, which took place at the Premier Ballroom & Conventional Centre in Toronto. Asian Heritage Month represents a wonderful opportunity to showcase the vibrancy and diversity of Canada’s Asian communities. This signature event is a tribute to individuals who have made outstanding contributions in their community over the past year. In tandem, the event marked the CMC’s 20^th anniversary and was thereby an opportunity to reflect on the Council’s many achievements and their mission of preserving and promoting Asian culture and heritage in the framework of Canadian multiculturalism.
